Rob founded Infinite Solutions Consulting to do one thing well: bridge the gap between executive vision and operational reality. Across financial services, utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, and technology, he has led enterprise engagements that include $8B loan migrations, $48M analytics roadmaps, $20M transformation programs, and the design of operating models that survive their first regulatory review.
That work is the source of the Define-Analyze-Execute framework, a way of thinking refined by doing the work, not just advising on it. Today, Rob leads ISC's AI-native evolution: building production AI-enabled products through SmartWorks Labs, publishing The codaflo Method for AI-native software delivery, and helping mid-market companies get AI working inside their own operations.
Rob works as the founder, lead consultant, and creative director of every engagement ISC takes on. ISC is the brand. Rob is the practitioner.

Rob holds the Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional (AB-730) and Microsoft Certified: AI Transformation Leader (AB-731) credentials. ISC does not resell software and takes no commissions from any vendor. ISC runs the engagement on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace with Gemini, Salesforce Agentforce, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Anthropic Claude.
