Rob founded Infinite Solutions Consulting in 2002 to do one thing well: bridge the gap between executive vision and operational reality. Across financial services, utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, and technology, he has led enterprise engagements that include $8B loan migrations, $48M analytics roadmaps, $20M transformation programs, and the design of operating models that survive their first regulatory review.
That work is the source of the Define-Analyze-Execute framework - a way of thinking refined across two decades of doing the work, not just advising on it. Today, Rob leads ISC's AI-native evolution: building production AI-enabled products through SmartWorks Labs and publishing The codaflo Method for AI-native software delivery.
Rob works as the founder, lead consultant, and creative director of every engagement ISC takes on. ISC is the brand. Rob is the practitioner.
